Low Cost Divorce Qualification

The following series of questions will determine whether or not you are a candidate for our Low Cost Divorce service.

If you do not qualify, it does not say anything negative about you, your spouse or your situation. It simply means that your divorce circumstances have some complications or issues that require a more suitable solution than the simple Low Cost Divorce service we offer.

1 Are you or your spouse currently under investigation by Child Protective Services?[Yes][No]
2 Has there been family violence in the last two years?[Yes][No]
3 Are you and/or your spouse currently involved in bankruptcy proceedings?[Yes][No]
4 Have you or your spouse lived in Texas for the last six months?[Yes][No]
5 Have you or your spouse resided in either Dallas or Collin county for at least the last three months?[Yes][No]
6 Do you know where your spouse lives and can you get in touch with them?[Yes][No]
7 Will you and your spouse be able to come to an agreement on splitting the property?[Yes][No]
8 If you and your spouse had a child born to or adopted during your marriage, will you be able to come to agreement on child support, visitation, and custody?[Yes][No][We don't have children]
9 Did you sign a pre-marital (pre-nuptial) or post-marital (post-nuptial) agreement?[Yes][No]
10 Does your spouse already have an attorney?[Yes][No]
11Do you have a child with special needs (handicapped)?[Yes][No]
